01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you’re using the Services for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf.

02 The Services

Synergentic.ai provides AI receptionists and agentic automation that answer enquiries, quote prices, qualify leads, and book appointments over WhatsApp and voice. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the Services over time.

03 Free demo

The demo lets you spin up a working AI receptionist at no cost, with no signup. It is provided for evaluation, may use sample configuration, and may be rate-limited or withdrawn at any time. The demo is not a substitute for a live, production deployment.

04 Accounts

For paid plans you may need an account. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

05 Plans & billing

• Paid subscriptions start at $99/mo and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may update pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

06 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, send spam or unlawful messages, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. You’re responsible for ensuring your use of automated messaging complies with applicable rules, including those of WhatsApp and your local jurisdiction.

07 Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, branding, and content, belong to Synergentic.ai. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use them while your account is in good standing. Your business data and customer conversations remain yours.

08 Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” AI systems can make mistakes, and we don’t guarantee that the receptionist will be error-free or uninterrupted. You’re responsible for reviewing important actions, such as bookings and quotes, before relying on them.

09 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergentic.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10 Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if needed to protect the platform. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
